Nettles Sausage will slaughter the fair hogs the week following the sale. We require cut sheets for each hog before the slaughter. Thus, it is imperative the buyer informs us how they want their hog processed.

Buyers can fill out their cut sheet online or with a physical copy of the cut sheet. Nettles Sausage will have a representative at the majority of the fairs to answer any questions and assist buyers in filling out their cut sheet.
